Celebration of 8th International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2022 in the UT of DNH & DD with theme as “Yoga for Humanity”

The rewards of Yoga for disease prevention and health promotion are well known. They have acquired special significance against the backdrop of Covid-19. The International Day of Yoga 2022 presents an occasion to underline the health benefits of Yoga, and motivate the public to take up the pursuit of Yoga. As per the letter received from Ministry the theme “Yoga for Humanity” shall be observed.

it transforms the person who sees.

1.Register Online:

a. Online registration from 15th to 18th for the people who would celebrate the IDY from their homes can upload their Picture and video. Participants can download the certificate of participation from Ministry of AYUSH.
b. Online Registration for celebration on 21st June at following venue for the people who would like to attend celebration at following respective venue from :

7.00 am – 8.00 am :-

2. Virtual Platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook shall be utilized for spreading the message of “Practicing Yoga” in the community.
